We've all been through so much...often it feels like more than we can endure, but together, we can live into the hope of this season...we can "Make room for Hope, Peace, Joy, and Love" as our theme for Advent encourages.
This week, we make room to experience the holy through the gift of music, through the lighting of Advent candles, through children being raw in their humanness--reminding us of the unpredictable span of human emotions from joy to rebellion to grief, to the voices of women from the Speranza House who will share their stories, to the blessing of our new textile prayer ministry as Jean Long speaks to us, to the sharing of the Holy Child--physically experienced through communion. We pray you can come, breathe in some much needed respite and peace. If you do not feel comfortable joining us in person, please join us via technology.
