This Sunday we will celebrate Thanksgiving and Christ the King Sunday through our morning worship.
As you may know, this is the final week of the church year before we enter the season of Advent. It's a good week, then, to pause and reflect on the past year, mustering up the strength to move into this new church year. Admittedly, many of us are worn down from these challenging years, and that is why, as we prepare to enter the holy Christmas season, part of this week's worship will involve a spiritual practice using rocks. You'll find out more on Sunday, but if you worship from home, please have a rock and a sharpie or paint marker with you as we begin worship. If you attend worship in person, these will be provided. May we continue to give thanks to Christ, our rock and sure foundation.
